Three steps

As simple as one, two, three

01

Select Locxa point

At checkout, or when sending a parcel, pick the shop nearest you — the baqala under your building, the pharmacy on the way to work.

02

Authenticate OTP

A code arrives by SMS in Arabic or English the moment your parcel is scanned in. Nobody else can release it.

03

Retrieve parcel

Show the code at the counter. Points run 24 hours, seven days a week. Returns work the same way in reverse.

Built for the Kingdom

Drawn from the ground up around Saudi habits

In the Kingdom the day starts late, people move on hours that have nothing to do with a courier’s delivery window, and a parcel at the door is not always welcome. Locxa is built for that: neighbourhood points open around the clock, collected on your own schedule.

Open around the clock

Points run 24 hours, seven days a week. Nobody is sent to a shuttered shop and nobody waits for a collection window.

Your working day is untouched

No leave, no waiting in, no rescheduling. Collect on the drive home, from a point already on your route.

Privacy at the door

Families who would rather not receive a stranger at home collect at a known counter in the neighbourhood instead.

Ramadan and Eid without a pause

Volumes surge through the month and before Eid; the points stay open throughout. Capacity is planned on the Hijri calendar.

The baqala is already trusted

Every district has one, open long hours, run by someone the street knows by name. That trust is the network.

Points a few steps away

We fill a district point by point until the nearest one is a few minutes’ walk from home or work — in a shop you already know and already pass.

For business

One network, three ways to use it

The same points serve all three directions of trade: B2C for e-commerce orders, C2C for parcels between individuals, and B2B for businesses holding stock close to their customers.

Pick-up at checkout

Add Locxa as a delivery option beside home delivery. The customer chooses a counter near work or home, pays by Mada or on collection, and never misses the courier. Cash on delivery still works — the partner collects it.

Send without meeting

Drop a parcel at your local point; the recipient collects it at theirs with an OTP. Useful between cities, for resale handovers, and for gifts that should not sit outside a door in August.

Sustainability

Ten doors become one stop

Consolidating parcels into one run instead of many separate journeys cuts emissions by 62%. Removing the failed attempt cuts failed deliveries and returns by 83% — fewer kilometres, less idling in 45 degrees, fewer parcels going back to the depot.

Frequently asked

What people ask about pick-up points

What is a pick-up and drop-off point?

A pick-up and drop-off point is a partner retail shop — a baqala, pharmacy or phone shop — that receives your parcel and holds it until you collect it, or takes your return for the carrier. No lockers and no waiting in: a counter in a shop the neighbourhood already knows.

How do I collect my parcel from a Locxa point?

Choose a Locxa point at checkout. A one-time code arrives on your phone the moment the parcel is scanned in at the point. Show the code at the counter and take your parcel.

Are Locxa points open 24 hours?

Yes. Locxa points run 24 hours, seven days a week, and shops that close before midnight are not accepted onto the network.

How long is a parcel held at the point?

Three days is the standard hold. Parcels not collected in that window are returned to the carrier.

Which Saudi cities does Locxa cover?

Riyadh first, with 200 points live, followed by Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar, then Makkah and Madinah.

Can I return an online order at a Locxa point?

Yes. Returns work the same way in reverse: bring the item to any point with a code from the merchant — no printer, no label and no depot queue.

How do I register my shop as a Locxa point?

Fill in the join form on this page. You need a valid commercial registration, trading hours of 24 hours or at least until midnight, and a secure metre of shelf. The scanner and signage are supplied at zero setup cost.

Is there a point near my home?

We fill a district point by point until the nearest one is a few minutes’ walk from home or work, in a shop you already pass.
