How do I collect my parcel from a Locxa point?
Choose a Locxa point at checkout. A one-time code arrives on your phone the moment the parcel is scanned in at the point. Show the code at the counter and take your parcel.
Are Locxa points open 24 hours?
Yes. Locxa points run 24 hours, seven days a week, and shops that close before midnight are not accepted onto the network.
How long is a parcel held at the point?
Three days is the standard hold. Parcels not collected in that window are returned to the carrier.
Which Saudi cities does Locxa cover?
Riyadh first, with 200 points live, followed by Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar, then Makkah and Madinah.
Can I return an online order at a Locxa point?
Yes. Returns work the same way in reverse: bring the item to any point with a code from the merchant — no printer, no label and no depot queue.
How do I register my shop as a Locxa point?
Fill in the join form on this page. You need a valid commercial registration, trading hours of 24 hours or at least until midnight, and a secure metre of shelf. The scanner and signage are supplied at zero setup cost.
